1. Who we are
FitClutch is developed and operated by Wave Negócios Digitais, based in Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil. For any privacy question, contact contact@appfitclutch.com.
2. Data we collect

3. Why we collect it (legal basis)
Under Brazil's LGPD, we process your data based on: (a) your consent, given during onboarding; (b) the necessity to perform our contract with you (generating your workout plan); and (c) our legitimate interest in improving the Service. Health-related answers (weight, injuries, goals) are treated as sensitive data and are only used to build your personalized plan and Fitness Score — never for advertising.
4. How we use your data
- Generate and update your personalized workout plan, Fitness Score, and load progression suggestions.
- Save your workout history and progress across devices.
- Send workout reminders and account-related notifications (you can turn these off in Settings).
- Diagnose bugs and improve the app.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Who we share data with
We share limited data with service providers strictly to run the app, including: our database/authentication provider, our video-hosting provider, and our subscription-billing provider (Apple App Store / Google Play). These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes, and none of them are ad networks.
Health-related data (weight, injuries, goals, gender) is never shared with advertising or marketing platforms, and we do not run ad networks inside the app.
6. Data storage & security
Your data is stored on servers operated by our infrastructure providers, protected with encryption in transit and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
7. Data retention
We retain your account and workout data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to comply with legal or tax obligations.
8. Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; export your data; withdraw consent at any time; and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@appfitclutch.com.
9. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function, and — only with your consent via the cookie banner — cookies that help us understand site usage. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
10. Children's privacy
FitClutch is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
11. International data transfers
Some of our infrastructure providers (see section 5) operate servers outside Brazil, including in the United States. When your data is processed in another country, we take steps to keep it protected to a standard consistent with LGPD requirements, regardless of where it is stored.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email before they take effect.
